You have to run the 32-bit version of Windows Explorer. Create a shortcut (right click on your desktop and select "New", then "Shortcut"), and for the location enter: C:\Windows\SysWOW64\explorer.exe /separate Unfortunately this does not work in Windows 7 64-bit because it doesn't include a 32-bit version of Explorer.
