      Hi Wendy,

      We just re-tested it and you should NOT need a password. Maybe try a different web browser if you have one installed.

    Thanks Leokowal! I guess my laptop doesn’t have one anymore, remember it had Adobe, but that was a trial membership. Can you recommend one, Paint Shop Pro Photo X2 popped up when I looked for one that was compatible with Windows.
