Swirly Scalloped Frame SVG File

Hey Everyone!  Today’s free SVG is a whimsical, super-useful element!  Use any color combo to coordinate with so many paper projects.  Perfect for stamping or journalling a sentiment inside for your card or scrapbook page.  Just size each layer to the same width with “Keep Proportions” checked in the Shape Properties window.  You also get a perfectly-sized plain oval to go behind the frame, perfect for your caption or phrase.  Or emboss the plain background oval and add a special die cut or other embellishment.  Happy crafting!
