Small Business Envelope

This small business envelope is just right for smaller correspondence, and it just might come in handy when you run out of small envelopes!  Just whip one up out of scrap paper or white paper and you're all set.  It's not the bigger letter-sized business envelope, but rather the smaller, "second-most popular" size.  It's also known as a "Lady Chapman" sized envelope or a "six and three-quarters" sized envelope, it's just right for mailing a 3.5" x 6.25" enclosure and widely used for business and personal correspondence.  Just size the SVG to 11.3" wide (keep the proportions) and fold as shown.  Happy mailing!

Thank you so much for this file – I have been looking for something like this. I will probably be making it smaller to use as an embellishment on my cards.

Ok.. How do I change the proportions for this envelope. Seems like I have to make changes, size wise, and wish you all would create actual size file so me with no math skills whatsoever don’t have to keep tweaking!! Thank you for the file, though, but I will use the cut file.

Thank you for this one! It is so hard to find this basic envelope out there on the market in a decent paper weight unless you break up a stationery set or spring for resume stock envelopes. Won’t my postmaster be impressed! ;)

The size proportions you listed in your svg cut file and mine not the same. But I liked my result…thank you.

I’m using this to go with some custom printed stationery for my MIL, using a printed paper to do a liner for the envelope front and flap. I cut some circles out of this print to run thru the little xyron for envelope seals, too. Thanks for saving me a pile of scarce time designing this!
