Free SVG File – 10.20.12 – Cone Ornament

Whip up this quick and easy cone ornament for the holidays!  You can hang it on the tree for someone special with some goodies inside, or hang it anywhere around the house. It would even make a cute stocking stuffer! You can certainly make it for other holidays and occasions as well, such as Halloween, Springtime, Birthdays, etc. Size the cone to 7" wide and the panels to 3.5" wide each (keeping the proportions). If you want to make your cone larger, you can import its three SVGs, place them on top of each other, select all of them and resize to whatever you'd like. (This way they will stay in the same proportion to each other while you resize.) Happy crafting!

Made the free ornament with my grandkids yesterday. This was easy enough for them ages 2 almost 3,4 and 5. I helped the 2 year old with the glue stick but otherwise he did pretty well and stuck with the project until it was finished! For young kids that love to stick everything on their projects these looked real nice when they were done.

Your cone is so gorgeous, I’ve always loved making cones but never made one as beautiful as yours. I’m going to print out this page so I can see what you’ve done. I have lots of great stickers and some pretty papers so will get to use several of them. Hope my cones will be half as pretty as yours. You’ve sure inspired me. I thought I was done making things but just have to try one of these anyway. Wonderful inspiration. I love that cones can be made and decorated for any season or reason. Merry Christmas
