SVG Kit Description

Create your own Manor House as an amazing centerpiece for Halloween, or for any season! It's large, elegant, and looks fabulously spooky in black, gray and Halloween patterned papers, but you can easily turn it into a "Christmas house" or a pretty "Summer" house by using different color schemes and papers! You also get four different vintage-inspired Halloween cards featuring a black cat, a full moon with a cute face and three sweet, vintage jack o' lanterns! As always, you can easily use each 2D element separately on any project!

Each finished project measures as follows: Chat Noir Card - 4.5 x 7", Happy Halloween Card - 7 x 5.3", Jack O' Lanterns Card - 2.8 x 6.5", Maple Manor 12.5"h x 11.5"w x 9.5"d, Moon Face Card 4.3 x 7".

SCAL2, SCAL3, ECAL, MTC, and Silhouette Studio Designer Edition. The Maple Manor can only be created using a 12x12 cutting mat. Everything else can be created on any mat size, except for the cards' envelopes, which are too large to fit on a 12x6 or 8.5x11 mat.  (However the envelope for the Jack O' Lanterns Card can be made on an 8.5 x 11 sized mat.)

Paper Collection / Brand

Steampunk Spells by Graphic 45. Embossing folder used on the house's "siding" is the Notebook embossing folder by Sizzix. To create the Maple Manor, you'll need 12 pieces of solid colored cardstock to form the basis of your house. You'll also need two pieces of 8.5x11 vellum, one piece of 12x12 cardstock for the shutters, one piece of 12x12 cardstock for the window frames and six pieces of 12x12 paper of your choice for the "siding" and roofing panels (use two pieces of the same paper for the roof panels).

I’ve been working on Maple Manor ALL DAY mainly because I start and stop, not because it takes a really long time. I was a bit intimidated at first, even after watching the assembly video BUT once you figure out your papers and actually get everything cut out, believe it or not, it goes together like butta! There’s really no guessing as to “does this go here or there” The thing I was thankful for is in the video how Mary laid all the pieces out in order. I probably could have figured it out, maybe, but I’m glad she laid it all out for us. I’m not a big Halloween person but I will use this kit for the cards for my nieces and nephews this year.
