Create a super cool string of pennants all your own! Wow, these are so neat and we can think of so many festive ways to use them!! Spell out a word and add some pennants with your own designs too. You get all the capital and lowercase letters and all of the numbers. You also get a blank pennant to use as you wish! Spell out "SNOW" with snowflakes at either end.
