Assembly Tutorial

Paper Collection and Supplies

The patterned paper shown as well as most of the brads/embellishments are from the Are We There Yet Paper Collection by Steven Duncan for Carta Bella.

Almost all of the stamps shown are from the Mini Messages Stamp Set by Mama Elephant. The “Celebrate” stamp (on the Pizza Box Card) is from the Congrats Stamp Set by Waffle Flower. The stamp on the backside of the Side of Fries Box Card is from the Best Dad Woodblock Set by Hero Arts (LP332).

Taco Truck Box Card - The shiny silver paper is a sheet of mirror paper from Michaels. I embossed it using the Bold Plaid Embossing folder by Carta Bella (CBAW67031). I used a white gel pen to draw some decorative details on the little black sign inside. The taco “wrapper” is cut out of vellum and I added some black dots on the taco shell with a fine-tip black marker. I also put three little shiny adhesive red embellishments (Droplets by Queen & Co.) inside the taco to look like tomatoes. I also used them for the tail lights and similar larger ones for the headlights.

The “steam” rising out of the To-Go-Coffee Box Card is cut from vellum.

Vintage Gas Pump Box Card - The arrow/brad element is a Game Spinner from Tim Holtz Idea-ology. The pump handle is cut from pre-embossed chocolate shimmer paper from Michaels (Recollections). I used (approximately) quarter-inch-wide ribbon for the “hose.”
