Turkey Centerpiece and Card SVG Kit

Make this vintage-inspired Turkey Centerpiece for your Thanksgiving gathering! It also makes a nice container for a host/hostess gift. Its "base" uses three sheets of 12x12 card stock. The bottom layer of each turkey uses one piece of 12x12 card stock paper (there are turkeys on both sides). The rest of the shapes are smaller portions of various colors. Make the quick-and-easy yet simply elegant card to send Thanksgiving greetings. Envelope included! Your download includes detailed step-by-step written instructions with diagrams.

Paper Collection | Supplies

Solid-color paper shown is all American Crafts (”AC”) card stock paper, except for the bottom layer of each turkey, which is Chocolate Shimmer Paper by Recollections (optional). I embossed the Turkey Centerpiece panels with the “Woodgrain” embossing folder two-pack from We R Memory Keepers.

For the flowers inside, I simply arranged some “random” faux flowers/greenery that I had purchased earlier this year at Michaels Stores. I didn't use any dry florist's foam inside my project, but you certainly could. The bottom of the project is 9.4 x 3.4”.

The edges of a lot of the shapes were inked with various colors of Colorbox Cat’s Eye inkpads. I added dimension underneath each turkey by using 3D Foam Squares by Scrapbook Adhesives.

For the Turkey Card, I added little dots to the top red layer of the turkey by dotting it with a red Pearl Pen by Viva Decor. I also added a small white dot inside the eye area using a white gel pen by Sakura. The “Happy Thanksgiving” stamp is from the CL498 stamp set by Hero Arts, which has sentiments for 12 different occasions (very handy)!
